I've been riding for over 50 years, yes 50, and I've utilized the services of dozens of shops and dealerships. I just recently heard about Yaks and gave them a try. 100% the best ever. The whole crew is friendly and knowledgeable, and went the extra mile in getting my bike ready for the season. I visited the new shop in Palmer Lake, next to O'Malleys, set to open very soon, a first class operation. How long have riders been waiting for a good shop to open in the north end of the county? Well, its here, and I don't think it will disappoint. They are veteran owned and operated, and Greg (owner) is a stand up guy. If you crave good service and fair prices, and who doesn't, give them a call. You will be glad you did.

Yak's replaced tires and bled my clutch and brake lines. Greg gave me 3 different options for the tires, and while pricing seemed high, I think it's more that it's been years since I've had work done by a professional shop, and I was just having sticker shock. Greg is super friendly and trustworthy and the work was done on time, with no nasty surprises. This bike shop is a real gem to find in little Palmer Lake!

They got my bike up to speed and road ready for safety and fun . They had a very hard time locating some of my part's due to them being discontinued by HD but they found a way to get it fixed right and the prices are very far and lower then going to HD or another major bike shop the owner and all his staff was amazing and helpful they really care about the customer and treat their bikes as if they had their kid's. My bike went in dying and came out like it was rising from the dead. I couldn't be any happier with Yak's all the way around.

Greg is great! He provides great customer service and loves what he does. The pricing and service is top notch. Clean, small shop with that hometown feeling can't be beat. Open on Mondays too!

Yaks is the best. Small, friendly, personal. If they don't have it, they'll order it. Yak is very particular about the work he does on your bike. He looks up torque specs for example. He does everything by the book.

Absolutely stellar experience. Brought my bike in for just an all around tidy up, along with a fresh set of tires. Kaleb and Greg took care of me immediately helping me navigate my decision on tires and were extremely pleasant to speak to. This business treated me as one of their own from the get go, making sure no little detail went unnoticed. I am thrilled with my experience and will be recommending them to anyone I know
